Dan Santat Rodzilla

Unedited

Dan Santat returns to the pod to chat about RODZILLA, his latest picture book written by Rob Sanders. Rodzilla is on the loose and taking over the city. Dan is the master of illustrating an action picture book and his work hit’s the right tone as always.

Sometimes these episodes are interviews, sometimes they are conversations and sometimes I just listen. After we finish talking about RODZILLA, Dan opens up about the inspiration behind his next author-illustrator picture book, AFTER THE FALL: HOW HUMPTY DUMPTY GOT BACK UP AGAIN. And I just listen.

  2. Guys, this was one of the best podcasts ever—seriously. Dan, your “Beekle” podcast with Matthew Winner really got to me, and now this one with Nick is right up there with it. I find you more than inspirational and your genuine, heart-on-your-sleeve nature is so endearing and captivating. My boyfriend suffers with anxiety and more, so the difficulties are great. No med has worked for him, so thankfully your wife found one that works 😀 Thank you both for some wonderful time spent here today 😀 <3
